From a young age, Pia developed a passion for exercise, excelling in various competitive sports, including dance, netball, and tennis. Her enthusiasm for physical activity inspired her to deepen her understanding of the human body, leading her to complete an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science, followed by a postgraduate degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation.

As an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Pia is dedicated to creating individualised exercise programs tailored to restore her patients' bodies to their optimal functional capacity. Her goal is to help individuals achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Pia takes great pride in her personalized and holistic approach to functional assessment and exercise prescription. Her key areas of interest include cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal conditions, and falls prevention programs.

In addition to her role as an AEP, Pia is a highly experienced remedial massage therapist, having earned her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2013. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in sports massage and has worked with elite teams such as Fremantle Football Club, Perth Glory, and various interstate traveling teams.

Outside of work, Pia enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her four-legged companion, Dominic. She also loves exploring new restaurants with a cocktail in hand.
