Brendan earned his Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2011 and holds an additional degree in Exercise and Sport Science, specialising in Exercise Physiology and Resistance Training. He spent six years at Karratha Physiotherapy, where he served as a senior physiotherapist and clinic manager, before joining the Wanneroo Physiotherapy team in 2018.

 

Brendan is passionate about treating a wide range of acute and chronic injuries, with a particular focus on sports injuries. Drawing on his exercise and sports science expertise, he emphasises functional rehabilitation, ensuring patients achieve a safe and timely return to work or sport.

For the past seven years, Brendan has been the Head Physiotherapist and Medical Manager for the West Perth AFLW program. His previous roles include Medical Manager for the AFLW WA State Academy and Physiotherapist for the WA North-West State Academy. He has extensive experience in designing strength programs, particularly for developing footballers.

Outside the clinic, Brendan is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys squash, golf, and the gym. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and three daughters, coaching netball, and assisting with little athletics.
