In line with our commitment to become a multidisciplinary practice, providing a greater variety of complimentary services to our patients, Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) Pia McEvoy has now commenced practice at Wanneroo Physiotherapy. Pia may be familiar to many as one of our remedial massage therapists from Bodyright Massage.

After completing degrees in Exercise and Sport Science, and Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at ECU, Pia is equipped with the knowledge and skills to design and implement safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Medical conditions covered by the services of AEPs include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status.

Pia gladly accepts private patients, workers compensation, motor vehicle, Department of Veteran Affairs, and Medicare TCA/Chronic Disease Management Plans. Medicare plans are bulk-billed
